Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value. – Albert Einstein Want to know what separates the wealthy from the poor? Value. Yes that’s right…value. The secret that wealthy people have figured out, is they’ve figured out had to add more value, to more people. Take for example a teacher.  If the teacher has a class of students, they’ll make ‘X’ amount of money, but their earning capacity is capped.  Now take another teacher, who’s taken his class materials, put them on the internet and broadens his scope of how many people he can add value to, and now he can make millions per year. Same thing goes for any business scenario.  If you’re not getting the economic results you’re looking for, it’s simply you aren’t adding enough value to other people. The secret to economic success is to understand how to become more valuable in the marketplace.  To have more, you have to be more and give more.  We get paid for bringing value to the marketplace. We don’t get paid for time, we get paid for value. Stop thinking about the time you are putting forward, and think about the value you are giving. One person working at McDonalds counter can earn $5.60/hr, because they’re working in an automated job, versus the CEO of Disney earned $52 million/year, because he’s turned around the company and it’s made over a billion.  …stop thinking about time and think about value you contributing. Is it possible to earn 10x more then you’re currently making? Absolutely.  All you have to do to earn more money in the same amount of time is simply become more valuable. Your income is in direct correlation to your contribution. Money wealth = more contribution. Period. Stop focusing what’s outside your control, and focus what’s inside your control. Instead of thinking about 10x effort, think 10x value.  If you’re charging $10 for your product, then give $100 in value.  This is the real key. Find a way to improve yourself and your product, so you could serve more, do more, become better, and thereby adding more value to the marketplace. You can not earn without adding value. The only way to become wealthy is adding more value to people’s lives then anybody else is adding. Become obsessed to find ways to do more for others than anyone else is doing, in less time. If you wish to become great, learn to become the servant of many. Find a way to serve more, and you can earn more.  Find a way to serve millions, and you can earn millions.  This is the law of value. How about you? What are you going to do to add more value to the marketplace? How are you going to ensure abundance rather than struggle?
